MHA’s Community Benefit Fund

Capsel Homes, giving back to the Bulwalk community!

Capsel Homes is delighted to gift £4100 to Pembroke Road Primary School to ‘Glow Up’ their Nature Recreation area.

Jade Wakley, Head Teacher at Pembroke Road Primary said “Thank you so much, this will benefit all the children at Pembroke Road Primary”.

Capsel Construction has delivered 17 much-needed affordable homes in Bulwark Chepstow, utilising the Welsh Government’s Innovative Housing Programme.

Constructed on two separate sites, the high-quality homes were built using sustainable methods of construction and low carbon embodiment.

The developments comprise two house types; a terraced mews style house with a patio area and courtyard bungalow for people wishing to downsize.

The homes were designed in collaboration with the Welsh School of Architecture.

Chris Kinsey, Assistant Development Director said: “We know there is a desperate need for more affordable housing in Monmouthshire, and it’s great to see the developments in Bulwark completed and tenants settling into their beautiful new homes in time for Christmas. These long-life homes have been built utilising high energy performance to help eliminate fossil fuels whilst minimising energy costs for our tenants by using methods such as sustainable insulation, photovoltaics and air source heat pumps”.
